A Message from our CEO – Marianne Klein
In 2025, we saw what’s possible when care, community, and generosity come together.
Across Shalom Village, we strengthened the quality of care and services, introduced new programs like Seniors Spark to reduce isolation and build connection, and created more opportunities for joy, belonging, and meaningful engagement in everyday life. From the opening of Bubie’s Café to the success of our first Carnival for Care, this was a year defined not only by progress—but by people coming together in powerful ways.
What stands out most is not just what we achieved, but how we achieved it: through partnership, compassion, and a shared belief that seniors deserve to live with dignity, purpose, and connection.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are building on this momentum. We are expanding community-based programs, deepening partnerships, and continuing to invest in innovative approaches that enhance care, strengthen wellbeing, and bring people together.
We invite you to click here to explore this year’s Annual Report—and to be part of what comes next.
Together, we are turning possibility into impact.
Warmly,
~ Marianne Klein, CEO Shalom Village & Kathleen Thomas, Executive Director, Shalom Village Foundation
